Guam - The Guam Power Authority confirms a seventh employee from the agency's Transmission & Distribution Division tested positive for using illicit drugs. GPA general manager Joaquin Flores says adverse action for the employees is still pending.  So far three employees at T&D were forced to resign, an apprentice was terminated and two others were ordered to take rehabilitation courses after they tested positive for using an illegal substance.

Last month the facility was placed on lockdown and a random drug test was performed on over 100 employees. Sources also confirm drugs and drug paraphernalia were discarded on the Dededo property.
