Guam - The Guam Police Department has determined that Nick Caudell was the shooter in the double-homicide/suicide in Harmon last week. Police have only revealed that they determined through their investigation that Caudell took the lives of Marites Mamaligsa and Isabelita Pamintuan before taking his own life.
