Supreme Court affirms order for execution writ
The Supreme Court has affirmed the lower court's decision that allows for a writ of execution to be issued against Cyfred.

Guam - The Supreme Court has affirmed the lower court's decision that allows for a writ of execution to be issued against Cyfred. Cyfred appealed a trial courts order to issue the writ of execution the company appealed a trial court's order to issue the writ to enforce a $580,000 monetary judgment for failing to install sewer lines in the Gill-Baza Subdivision.
Cyfred sold lots in the problem plagued Yigo area, but never installed the sewer lines resulting in some residents filing suit. In a decision rendered earlier this month, the high court found that the trial court properly considered offsets due to cyfred for the six judgment creditors.
