Guam - Kenrick Gajo was supposed to appear in court today for a pre-trial conference, but the case has been sealed - meaning information is not available to the public. Gajo is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

Prior to the indictment, Gajo had entered into a plea deal agreeing to cooperate with authorities and disclose his drug sources and cohorts as well as information about an unsolved homicide in exchange for not spending any time in jail. Court officials couldn't explain why the case was sealed and if there is a plea deal on the table.

They could only say that a trial date has not yet been scheduled.
