Guam - The Chamorro Land Trust Commission is working with both the Guam Economic Development Authority and the USDA to better develop, manage and maintain Chamorro homelands. At Thursday's board meeting, commissioners discussed how GEDA would provide general consultancy and property management services including developing draft rules and regulations for commercial leases and licenses.

GEDA would collect and remit all rent from current and future commercial lessees and licenses, but shall retain 14% of any revenues paid. In addition to tracking and handling several delinquent cases, the board announced over $100,000 in revenue collection for October.
