Guam - Andersen Air Force Base is not providing any statement about a Boeing 757 that touched down to the Yigo base just after two o'clock this afternoon. KUAM News caught video that shows an aircraft, similar to Air Force One, that serves us cabinet-level staff members.

KUAM News asked if secretary of state Hillary Clinton made a refueling stop on Guam as she arrived in Manila early this evening after leaving Hawaii this morning from the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) conference. Andersen's Public Affairs Office referred our inquiries to the U.S. State Department, which would not provide any comments about Clinton's trip.

Meanwhile, the island's leaders were not made aware of the refueling stop and were not invited to the base today.
