Guam - Residents living in Ipan, Talofofo will be without water tonight as the Guam Waterworks Authority will be putting a new waterline at the Togcha Bridge. As a result, residents living near First Beach, Paulino Heights, Cruz Heights, Mobil Station, Ipan Beach Resort, Jeffs Pirates Cove, and the Country Club of the Pacific can expect to be without water beginning at seven o'clock tonight until five o'clock tomorrow morning.
