DOE maintenance worker arrested

Guam - A Department of Education maintenance worker was arrested over the weekend. Eric Ignacio Quitugua is accused of trying to get into his neighbor's home. Even after police advised him to stay away from the woman's residence, less than two hours later Quitugua allegedly returned and was seen turning the door knob of his neighbor's place trying to get in. 

He was detained by an off-duty police officer and was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass.
