Trial continued for Rose Evangelista

Guam - The mother of Brandon Evangelista appeared in court today to find out when she will go to trial but the matter was continued for another month.  Rose Evangelista pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide, family violence and reckless driving with injuries. 

She was driving her car when her son, Brandon, fell off the trunk and was run over by another car.  The court is waiting on information about what the government intends to do with the case. 

Another hearing is scheduled for December 13.
