Guam - Issues raised by administrator candidate Lawrence Schindler about the Guam Memorial Hospital will be discussed tomorrow between the Guam Legislature and GMH at an information briefing. Committee on Health and Human Services chairman Senator Dennis Rodriguez, Jr. said, "One of the most important issues is the CMS deficiencies that the hospital was sited for earlier this year, there's a December end of the year deadline that's fast approaching, and we want to make sure we're on target there - to see what kind of support if any we can provide from here."

He adds other concerns including recent cost-cutting measures the hospital is implementing will be discussed. The information hearing is on Tuesday at 9:30 in the morning at the Guam Legislature's Public Hearing Room.
