EPA holding hearing on Taitano dump
It's been four years since the Guam Environmental Protection Agency issued a notice of violation against Joseph Taitano for running an illegal dump on his Yigo property.

By KUAM NewsGuam - It's been four years since the Guam Environmental Protection Agency issued a notice of violation against Joseph Taitano for running an illegal dump on his Yigo property. According to GEPA administrator Ivan Quinata, a settlement with the AG's Office and Taitano's legal counsel has yet to be reached.
"We hope to finalize that before the special hearing, which is in a couple of weeks," he said.
Quinata says the special hearing on the Taitano dump issue is scheduled for November 17.
