Jimmy Song faces sentencing Tuesday

Guam - Jimmy Chin Song is scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday in the Superior Court.  Song was recently convicted of manslaughter and aggravated assault for the death of Yunmo Ku.  Song punched Ku outside the Sing-A- Song Cafe in Harmon back in June. 

Ku died several days later and Song has been behind bars since the conviction.  The defense has indicated their plans to appeal the conviction following his sentencing.
