Guam - The Public Utilities Commission will hold a special meeting on Monday November 7th to discuss several ongoing issues and projects. According to PUC legal counsel Fred Horecky those matters include the Guam Power Authority's capital improvement projects, ceiling cap filings and its construction budget along with GTA's fractional primary rate interface-integrated services digital network. He adds although it won't be discussed at the meeting, a hearing has been set for early December with the Guam Waterworks Authority over PUC's mandate to reimburse $18.3 million to the General Fund from recent bond proceeds. The PUC special meeting is set for Monday at seven o'clock in the evening at Suite 202 in the GCIC Building in Hagatna.
