By KUAM NewsGuam - A High Surf and Small Craft Advisory are in effect for Guam until Sunday afternoon. This means it's a good idea to stay out of the water. According to the National Weather Service, the surf will build to 8-10' on north facing reefs tomorrow and will be hazardous through Sunday morning.
Rip currents are life threatening.
