Guam - The Pacific Association of Radiation Survivors will be hosting a candlelight vigil tomorrow night. The event will honor and remember those who have suffered from cancers attributed to nuclear fallout.
The vigil will be held at the Plaza De Espana tomorrow night from 6 to 8 in the evening.
