Guam - A briefing is being held tonight to discuss the actions and strategies regarding future compatibility efforts between the government and the military. The workshop is part of the draft Compatibility Sustainability Study aimed at providing good dialogue and input. CSS program manager and Matrix Design Group vice president Celeste Werner says they're hoping for more participation from the community.
"Many people think that the compatibility sustainability study is part of or because of the military buildup, but actually it is not a compatibility sustainability study or for short is CSS is to focus on the impacts of the community as well the community on the military for their current mission as well as any future missions," she said.
The public comment period for the draft CSS is on December 9. If you'd like to learn more you can still visit the Dededo Senior Center where a workshop will be happening until eight this evening.
