Guam - After admitting that he arranged for the delivery of drugs to make some cash, Anthony Aro Villanueva was indicted by a federal grand jury today on charges of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and attempted possession with the intent to distribute. Villanueva facilitated the shipment of 58 grams of crystal meth from California to Guam.
A search warrant executed at his Yigo home resulted in the seizure of $2,200 cash, narcotics ledgers and drug paraphernalia. The defendant told authorities he would sell and buy meth from a source who asked him to help bring in the drugs due to financial problems.
Villanueva behind bars awaiting a detention hearing scheduled for November 7.
