Jury deliberating Henry Fresnoza drug trial

Guam - Closing arguments and jury instructions were delivered today as a panel will review the evidence presented in the case and decide the fate of Henry Fresnoza. He's the last of several defendants charged in a large scale drug trafficking ring. Fresnoza and others allegedly imported large quantities of crystal methamphetamine to Guam from the Philippines.

On Monday the defense sought a motion for acquittal on a number of the charges, but it was denied by the judge.  Jurors began deliberating this afternoon and will continue again on Wednesday morning.
