Guam - A Yigo man was arrested this morning after he allegedly threatened to arrest two men for public intoxication in Tumon.  Guam Police Department Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says officers with the Tumon-Tamuning Precinct were called to a reported kidnapping complaint at the Park Arcade.

When they arrived they met with a man who said a police officer had threatened to arrest him and a friend for public intoxication unless they gave him $150, in which case he would get them a taxi to go home.

Police arrested 33-year-old Ray Charles Camacho on charges of impersonating a police officer, theft by threatening and unlawful restraint.
