Guam - Former Department of Labor alien labor processing and certification administrator Linda San Nicolas is scheduled to be sentenced in the District Court this week. She pleaded guilty in 2010 admitting to accepting $16,000 in bribes.

During her time as head of the division, records for thou sands of alien workers who came to Guam since 1998 mysteriously went missing from the department.  Hundreds of pages were ripped out of the agency's official logbook that had an account of fees that had been generated for each alien worker locally.

Her sentencing is scheduled for Thursday at 9:30 in the morning in front of Chief Judge Frances Tydingco Gatewood.
