TSA finds 500 rounds of ammo in baggage

Nario Eter appeared in the District Court admitting that he took 500 rounds of ammunition in his carry on luggage with the intent to take it to Chuuk.

Guam - Nario Eter appeared in the District Court admitting that he took 500 rounds of ammunition in his carry on luggage with the intent to take it to Chuuk. Eter managed to bring the ammo all the way from Oregon undetected. 

The Mangilao man admitted to delivery of ammunition to a carrier without notification.
He was released on his own recognizance today and was ordered to stay on the island.  

Eter is scheduled to appear back in court on november 17.
