Guam - The Guam Young Professionals held its second general membership today. Chairman Jay Rojas discussed as the group approaches its second anniversary in January, he hopes to move forward with its blueprint for progress which outlines a 20-year economic plan including its 'Buy Local' movement with the Guam Economic Development Authority and the University of Guam to create sustainability and local business relationships with local farmers and the community.

GYP is for individuals between the age of 21 and 40 and has 130 members from the island's business community. Rojas also announced this will be his last year as the GYP chairman.
