Guam - A 66-year-old man is dead after he was pulled from the waters off Tumon Bay this afternoon. According to the Department of Parks and Recreation, it was around 3:20pm a bystander pulled the distressed male individual on the Tumon Bay shore in front of PIC and started to perform CPR. 

DPR lifeguards took over administering CPR until GFD medics arrived. The man was rushed to the Guam Memorial Hospital, but was pronounced dead at 3:55pm. 

His identity is unknown at this time.
