Guam - The 2nd Annual Payu-Ta Non-Profit Congress continued today with a presentation by James O'Dea, former president and fellow of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, a non-profit organization that explores the frontiers of consciousness and global paradigm change.

He said, "We're moving from being locked into anger and outrage and war and violence and colonial oppression, and we're being defined as a protest movement to create a culture of peace from the ground up and inside out."

O'Dea is also a former director of the Washington office of amnesty international.  He's also had experience as director of the Seva Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to international health and development issues.
