Ammo smuggler to appear in District Court
A man who tried to take 500 rounds of ammunition in his carry-on luggage is scheduled to appear in the District Court on Friday.

Guam - A man who tried to take 500 rounds of ammunition in his carry-on luggage is scheduled to appear in the District Court on Friday. Nario Eter managed to travel all the way from Oregon to Guam undetected with the ammo hidden in his carry on luggage. Eter was detained on Monday at the Guam International Airport after Transportation Security Administration personnel found the rounds.
He's charged with entering aircraft or an airport area in violation of security requirements. A hearing is scheduled for Friday morning in the District Court.
