Guam - The Guam Ancestral Lands Commission held a deed signing ceremony today at its meeting for the estate of Francisco Martinez Santos. Acting Governor Ray Tenorio signed the deed over to the heirs of the property Juanita and David Ulloa.

She says her father and their family had waited over 60 years to have the property officially signed over to them. The lot is located in Apra Harbor reservation in Piti and measures at five hectares or a little more than twelve acres. The Commission has held three deed signing ceremonies this year and has several properties on island that are without claims.
