Guam has top-notch drug awareness program

Guam - Thanks to the Guam National Guard's Counterdrug Program, the island has one of the best drug awareness programs across the nation. The program received the prestigious Secretary of Defense Community Awareness Award.  

The unit was recognized for its work with the Red Ribbon Campaign and its drug-free education outreaches. The award was presented last week at the Hall of Heroes in the nation's capitol.
