UOG's independent analysis coming Tuesday

Guam - The mandated UOG independent bond analysis should be turned in tomorrow after all the requisite signatures are affixed. According to GEDA administrator Karl Pangelinan, it's still enough time to ensure that tax refunds are out by Christmas.

He adds once received they'll forward it over to the Legislature.  The analysis is required in order for the administration to secure a bond.
