Man accused of abusing teen for last 6 years

Guam - Joseph Vincent Rojas is behind bars, accused of sexually abusing a female teen for the last six years. Earlier this month Rojas allegedly approached the minor while holding a knife and stabbed the chair she was sitting on because he was upset about finding out on Facebook that she has a boyfriend. 

The 37-year-old was charged with 1st and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct, child abuse, family violence and terrorizing.

Rojas is being held on $5,000 cash bail with a preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 1.
