Man, 19, accused of statutory rape

Guam - 19-year-old Meldon Yithwemai was arrested accused of statutory rape. A 13-year-old girl reported to police that she has been having sexual relations with the defendant and believes she is pregnant.  The teen said she has sex because Yithwemai asks for it.  

He was interviewed by police and admitted to having relations with the minor several times. Yithwemai was arrested and charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct.
