By KUAM NewsGuam - Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo commenting tonight on a letter written by U.S. Senator Jim Webb to Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, regarding the realignment of U.S. forces in Okinawa, which we all know includes troops being relocated to Guam. Webb wrote Panetta who will be touring Japan next week to re-examine the realignment plans.
