Marines continue training on Guam

Military aircraft fighter training is underway at the Andersen air force base. According to a press release from the base, Marine Aviation logistics squadron 12, Marine fighter attack squadron 115 and strike fighter squadron 94 have been conducting training for the past couple of weeks.

Guam – Military aircraft fighter training is underway at the Andersen air force base. According to a press release from the base, Marine Aviation logistics squadron 12, Marine fighter attack squadron 115 and strike fighter squadron 94 have been conducting training for the past couple of weeks. You may have noticed them in the skies, twenty Marine F/A-18's ensuring combat readiness by logging 2 hundred flight hours, 120 sorties and vital air to air and air to ground training. A total of 400 Marines are participating. Andersen airmen are also providing help with maintenance workspaces, aircraft hanger space and a foreign object free runway inspection.
 
During the three-week visit to Guam, the Marines also supported the local community by painting bus stops and participated in the Ko'ko road race.
