Guam - A military couple is suing Chugach World Services, Inc. for more than a million dollars.  Barbara Spruill-Grant sustained a fractured foot after falling into a hole that house a water meter at the South Finegayan military housing in Dededo.  She contends Chugach, which was contracted to maintain and repair the grounds, was negligent in not covering the hole.

Her husband, Deryck, is seeking $50,000 in damages for being deprived of having a spouse in good health.  Chugach meanwhile denies that they should be held liable and says any injuries Spruill-Grant sustained were her fault.
