Guam - Hua Sheng International president Steven Wang pleaded not guilty to charges handed down in a superseding indictment. Wang faces 128 counts of criminal charges for allegedly bringing H2-B workers from China to Guam, underpaying them, keeping them beyond their visas and not paying taxes.

His trial was scheduled to begin later this month but his defense attorney, Louie Yanza, requested a four-month continuance due to the large volume of documents in the case. The judge granted the request and moved the trial until February 14, 2012.

Wang has been the center of an investigation into harboring illegal aliens and submitting false documents to the Department of Labor before his company's contractor's license was revoked in 2009.
