Pagat home searched in child porn investigation

Details of an investigation into child pornography have surfaced as a search warrant was executed at an apartment in Pagat, Mangilao.

Guam - Details of an investigation into child pornography have surfaced as two search warrants were executed, one at an apartment in Pagat, Mangilao and another on Balajadia Road in Yona. The warrants were returned to the District Court today indicating that the FBI had seized a laptop computer and drive from an apartment along Farfan Street in Mangilao. The warrant lists Pedro C. San Nicolas as the individual who was present at the time of the search. 

Another search warrant was executed in Yona, but nothing was seized and no one was home. According to court documents, authorities were looking for computers and images of child pornography as well as any books, magazines, and films containing depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. 

No criminal charges have been handed down at this time.
