Neighbor helps police nab Agat burglar

Guam - A witness who noticed something suspicious on Mao Drive in Agat helped police locate a burglar. Francisco Roberto Aguigui was seen in the neighborhood at the time of the break-in and leaving in a white pickup truck.  Police conducted a traffic stop and found the money that had been stolen from a purse inside the home. 

He was also found in possession of a pipe containing crystal methamphetamine residue.  He was arrested and charged with burglary, theft of property and possession of a controlled substance.
