Man accused of assaulting unruly neighbor

Guam - Upset that his neighbor was making too much noise while he was trying to sleep, Nicholas Bechey is accused of taking matters into his own hands. The 34-year-old is accused of getting into an argument with a woman and hitting her with a stick.

Police responded to Pangelinan Apartments in Toto where they found a woman bleeding from her head.  Bechey was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. 

The victim was treated at the Guam Memorial Hospital for a cut to her head.
