Guam - A key witness in the upcoming trial of Henry Fresnoza has been located and arrested. According to court documents, authorities tried to serve a subpoena upon Jennifer Harsha, but she had not been located.

The court issued a search warrant and Harsha was picked up on Friday. Harsha was arrested several weeks ago on charges of child abuse for allegedly leaving her infant unattended for several days, but the Attorney General's Office never filed charges against her, resulting in Harsha being released from jail.

Authorities say Harsha was Fresnoza's girlfriend. She was found inside a Dededo home that was raided last March. Law enforcement personnel found drugs and paraphernalia inside. Fresnoza is charged as a co-conspirator in a large-scale drug trafficking operation that was run by his sister, Gina Medina. Harsha will be detained until she testifies.

Fresnoza's trial meanwhile is scheduled to begin on October 24, as the court recently denied the defense's motion to dismiss the case.
