Guam - District Court of Guam Chief Judge Frances Tydingco Gatewood denied Henry Fresnoza's motion to dismiss his indictment because of an alleged violation of the Speedy Trial Act. Fresnoza was indicted last year along with Gina Medina and Rodean Villa.

The three were accused in a major drug ring federal authorities had been monitoring for six years.  Fresnoza is scheduled to appear in court on the 24th for a pre-trial conference with jury selection and trial to begin on the following day.
