Heavy rains flood several villages
An Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory was issued by the National Weather Service today following the heavy rainfall and thunderstorms.

By KUAM NewsGuam - An Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory was issued by the National Weather Service today following the heavy rainfall and thunderstorms. Areas most vulnerable included Tamuning, Finegayan Station, Barrigada, Mangilao, Dededo, Apra Harbor, Agana Heights and Agat. Weather officials estimates about 2" of rainfall today.
Vehicles slowly driving through the flooded roads, while some were being turned around, the NWS advises motorists to avoid areas where the water covers the roadway.
