US, Russian navies holds "Pacific Eagle" exercise

The training is reportedly to improve the U.S. Navy and the Russian Federation Navy maritime operability.

Guam - Pacific Eagle is underway. It's a bilateral exercise with vessels from the Russian navy, participating are forward deployed USS Fitzgerald and USS McCampbell, both are guided missile destroyers which left Apra Harbor Thursday with two Russian navy ships to conduct at sea maneuvers as part of the exercise.

The training is reportedly to improve the U.S. Navy and the Russian Federation Navy maritime operability.
