Smoking in car with child present is illegal

It's official: it's against the law to smoke a cigarette in a car when a child is present.

Guam - It's official: it's against the law to smoke a cigarette in a car when a child is present.  If you're caught you could be fined as much as $500 and possibly be held liable for child abuse or neglect.

Fines collected from this new law will go into the Guam Cancer Trust Fund. The law was authored by Senator Dennis Rodriguez, Jr.
