Man pleads not guilty to solicitation to commit murder

Guam - 51-year-old David Salas pleaded not guilty in court today. He allegedly offered to have a woman's husband killed so she could cash in on his insurance and Salas would likewise get a cut.  He faces charges of solicitation to commit murder, terrorizing, and family violence.

A criminal trial setting has been set for November 16.
