One Hagatna Bay renovation completed

Guam - Calvo Enterprises has completed its $2 million renovation of One Hagatna Bay. It's not hard to miss the buildings new modern and sleek exterior, which was designed by RIM Architects, financed by the Bank of Guam, and constructed by Tutujan Hills Group. 

The 17,000-square foot mixed use complex was a total renovation of two buildings.
