Smoke test planned for Umatac

Umatac residents, don't be alarmed if you start seeing smoke emitting from manholes in the village.

Guam - Umatac residents, don't be alarmed if you start seeing smoke emitting from manholes in the village. Beginning Thursday through next Tuesday the Guam Waterworks Authority will be conducting smoke tests of wastewater lines in the area. The tests are from 8 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon, likewise the emissions are non-hazardous according to GWA.
