Guam - GTA TeleGuam's board of directors appointed Robert Haulbrook, Jr. as the company's president and chief executive officer. He has nearly 30 years experience in all communications market segments, and has worked in more than ten international markets. He was previously founder and CEO of Cellular Center based out of Atlanta.
