Silent witness ceremony held

Guam - As part of Family Violence Awareness Month, dozens gathered at the Judicial Center recently for the silent witness ceremony. The event honors and remembers those who tragically lost their lives as a result of family violence. This year to date there's been a reported 415 new family violence, sexual assault and child abuse cases on Guam.
