Man accused of criminal sexual conduct, burglary

Guam - 23-year-old Carmelo Anthony Mendiola, Jr. faces a slew of charges ranging from 4th degree criminal sexual conduct and burglary. Mendiola is accused of breaking into a home where he found a woman and her 13-year old daughter sleeping. He's accused of fondling the teenager who then started screaming.  When the mother woke up he's then accused of fondling her as well. Mendiola faces additional charges of assault with the intent to commit a sexual act.
