Ambros employee allegedly stole from company

Guam - 35-year-old Darold Agustin Baza was arrested for allegedly stealing money from his employer. The Ambros sales representative is accused of collecting over $1,100 from customers but failing to turn over nearly $600 to the accounting department as well as allegedly falsifying Ambros invoices by changing names of customers. Court documents state, Baza allegedly took the money because he says he was financially struggling. He was charged with theft of property held in trust and tampering with records to deceive or conceal.
