Guam - It marked the fourth bomb threat in the recent weeks. The Judicial Center in Hagatna was evacuated this morning but after a sweep of facilities nothing was found and patrons and employees were allowed back in just before one o'clock this afternoon.

The false alarms are costing the court, each time costing $13,000. With the increase in threats, the court's considering options such as getting their own K-9 dogs.
